At WANSECO GLOWSPACE, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality custom LED neon signs. Because our products are uniquely handcrafted to your specific design and specifications, our return policy is different from standard retail stores.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
All sales of custom-made neon signs are final. Since each sign is made to order according to your personalized choices (image, pattern, text, font, color, size), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these items if you simply change your mind or decide the size doesn’t fit your space. Please double-check your design specs before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we take extreme care in packaging, damage can rarely occur during transit. We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., lights not working), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To expedite your claim, please email us at neoninquires@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect.
- Photos of the packaging box (exterior and interior).
- Where you bought it.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a free replacement or refund.
3. Warranty
Our LED neon signs come with a 12-Month manufacturer warranty covering electrical components and defects under normal indoor use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
